Are you a dynamic and driven individual looking for a rewarding career in the insurance industry? Covenant Insurance Services LLC is seeking a Commercial lines Insurance Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain a book of business by identifying and prospecting new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and risk profiles to develop comprehensive insurance proposals.
Present and explain insurance options to clients, advising them on coverage and policy features that best suit their individual requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and potential cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate policy terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant insurance advice.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications :

Proven track record of success in sales or B2B services

Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and risk assessment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software systems.

Active insurance producer license in OK, or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
