Technical Training Lead Analyst, Care Solutions - Evernorth - Remote (Finance)
The Technical Training Lead Analyst supports the development and maintenance of learning material and communication initiatives within Care Solutions Readiness and Sustainment (R / S). This role blends technical expertise, project leadership, and communication skills to manage curriculum resources, develop web content, and support instructional design efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable to change, and comfortable working independently while engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A willingness to be flexible and cross-train within established team roles is essential for success in this collaborative environment.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.
This position offers an annual salary of 69,500 - 115,900 USD / yearly, depending on experience and geographic location.
This role is anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
