Responsibilities

• The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial real estate projects from inception to completion
• This role requires a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in project management, specifically in ground up construction projects.
• The Project Manager will assist the Project Lead in ensuring client objectives are met, maintain project quality standards, and develop strong relationships with clients and team members
• The position involves monitoring project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members
• Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
