Option 2 - 50 / 50 Pulmonary & Critical Care
Flexible block scheduling : 1 week ICU (7 on, 7 off) alternating with 2 weeks of pulmonary clinicMix of inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonology for a well-rounded practiceCompensation & Benefits :
Competitive base salary + lucrative production model :90th percentile : up to $781K
