A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to handle customer inquiries and support services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to accounts and services
Process payments and provide information about resources and account details
Assist with training new hires and perform administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or relevant experience
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
Ability to work two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
Professional phone presence and ability to handle stressful conversations
Strong typing skills
