Inventory Control Picker

Location : Upper Marlboro

Shift : Starting at 5 : 00 AM until task completion

Department : Inventory Control

Reports To : Inventory Control Supervisor / Manager

Position Overview

Join a dynamic and fast-paced distribution team as an Inventory Control Picker , where precision, accountability, and efficiency drive success. Using a Cherry Picker and advanced systems like Eclipse and Excel, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting operational excellence in a state-of-the-art warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances using system tools and physical audits.
• Generate and deliver accurate reports to Inventory Control leadership.
• Monitor and document inventory-related discrepancies across operations.
• Collaborate with teams to identify performance barriers and assist in root cause analysis .
• Develop and implement action plans to improve inventory processes and productivity.
