Responsibilities and Duties

You will be entrusted with managerial responsibilities for various brands, tailored to your experience. This includes : Customer service, Staff management, Store management, General business operations.

Quality control, hygiene management, scheduling, recruitment, and training are part of the role. You will work to create the best dining experience in the U.S. by communicating with local customers and staff members daily. If you have previous experience as a store manager, you can leverage your skills, but even if you don't have managerial experience, you will have the opportunity to gain experience at our stores and advance to a store manager or store leader position.

Qualifications

More than 4 years of experience in Japanese Restaurant industry.
