Certified Medical Assistant

Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant

  • Sign-On for Eligible New Hires

Work location : 2730 SW Wilshire Blvd. Burleson, TX 76028

Work hours : Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday (9am-6pm)

    High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

    CMA - Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED)

    One Year of experience as a CMA (PREFERRED)

    ACLS Or BCLS Upon Hire (PREFERRED)

    What You Will Do :

    Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process

    Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician

    Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights

    May work in the front office as needed

    May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s)

    Perform EKGs and draw blook

    Administer injections efficiently and comfortably with pediatric patients
