• 💼 Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health (Adult) | 8H Day Shift | Start : 11 / 24 / 2025 | $3,103 Gross / 40 or $2,704 / Net on 40 | 16–26 week assignment
• 🏡 Serve 5–6 clients / day across Chittenden & Grand Isle Counties | Must have reliable transportation & snow tires (Nov–Apr)
• ✅ Requirements : Active PT license, BLS, OASIS experience, 3+ years in Home Health, 2 prior travel assignments preferred
• 📋 EMR : Netsmart | Orientation : 2–3 days | Weekend rotation required | Must work 2 of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)
