The role you'll contribute :

Ensures that the facility interior structure remains in presentable condition. Keep Supervisor informed of any issues that may affect the quality or efficiency of the department. Follows instructions and performs other related duties as may be assigned by Manager / Sup. and works with minimal supervision. Interacts with Manager / Sup. and co-workers to achieve operational goals; takes initiative to raise operational goals; shows initiative to raise operational safety issues to management to promote a good working environment. Follow office policies and procedures. Maintain acceptable level of attendance based on company attendance policy. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
