Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee ALL aspects of creating and maintaining a safe job site
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site.
• Create and maintain construction schedules, identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Order materials and schedule inspections as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and direct all self-performed work on site.
• Lead field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with top-quality workmanship aligned to plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with Senior Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Managers to drive team success.
• Other duties as assigned to support project goals.

Core Competencies :

Expert-level understanding of all technical construction aspects.

Proficient in operating computers, email, spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project; knowledge of Procore is required).

Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects efficiently.

Excellent written and oral communication with stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, team members, subcontractors, and neighbors; strong listening skills.

Ability to analyze issues and make timely, sound decisions based on goals, risks, and costs.

Tactful, mature, and effective at working in teams with diverse personalities.

Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented; excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
