Key Responsibilities
Obtain certification from insurance companies for office visits

Evaluate patient assets and liabilities to determine ability to pay
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of insurance policies, claims, payment, and coverage regulations
Ability to perform data entry efficiently and accurately
Experience in customer service and understanding customer needs
