Job Overview

The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain at T-Mobile is instrumental in improving supply chain processes to optimize cost, quality, compliance, and customer experience in alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves taking on complex challenges across various supply chain functions such as planning, fulfillment, operations, vendor management, business and performance insights, and logistics, employing problem-solving techniques like root-cause analysis to ensure operational excellence. By collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, the Sr Analyst ensures cohesive strategies are implemented to address operational issues and drive continuous improvement. The position is critical for delivering large-scale projects focused on cost savings and operational efficiencies, while also staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that could impact the business. Through their expertise and strategic insights, the Sr Analyst significantly contributes to the operational success and competitive positioning of T-Mobile.

• Stays abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that could impact the business and uses best practices to implement continuous improvement and execute large-scale projects

Coppell, TX Compensation Range : $79,200 - $107,200

Base Pay Range : $68,400 - $123,400 Corporate Bonus Target : 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
