Our staff, often referred to as “Taco Gods”, play a crucial role in our success, ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and that our patrons receive high quality meals. They are responsible for, but not limited to, the following.

  • Greeting guests, assisting them with the ordering, and understanding of menu options
  • Preparing ingredients : Washing, chopping, and measuring various components for dishes.
  • Processing customer orders : Working on the line to cook meals according to specific orders.
  • Following recipes : Ensuring consistency and accuracy in the preparation of each dish.
  • Adjusting dishes based on customer preferences : Catering to special requests, such as allergies or dietary needs.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace : Keeping their station organized and sanitized.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines : Ensuring that food handling practices meet industry standards to prevent contamination.
  • Using kitchen equipment : Safely operating stoves, grills, fryers, and other appliances.
  • Inventory management : Assisting in keeping track of stock and notifying when supplies need to be restocked.
  • Presentation : Ensuring meals are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's standards.
  • Checking back with customers in regard to food and quality thereof
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment in the dining, bathroom, and communal areas

    • Team Members must possess a combination of customer service skills, culinary expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Their efforts are the foundation of our continued success.
