Our staff, often referred to as “Taco Gods”, play a crucial role in our success, ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and that our patrons receive high quality meals. They are responsible for, but not limited to, the following.

Greeting guests, assisting them with the ordering, and understanding of menu options

Preparing ingredients : Washing, chopping, and measuring various components for dishes.

Processing customer orders : Working on the line to cook meals according to specific orders.

Following recipes : Ensuring consistency and accuracy in the preparation of each dish.

Adjusting dishes based on customer preferences : Catering to special requests, such as allergies or dietary needs.

Maintaining a clean workspace : Keeping their station organized and sanitized.

Adhering to health and safety guidelines : Ensuring that food handling practices meet industry standards to prevent contamination.

Using kitchen equipment : Safely operating stoves, grills, fryers, and other appliances.

Inventory management : Assisting in keeping track of stock and notifying when supplies need to be restocked.

Presentation : Ensuring meals are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's standards.

Checking back with customers in regard to food and quality thereof

Maintaining a safe and clean environment in the dining, bathroom, and communal areas

Team Members must possess a combination of customer service skills, culinary expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Their efforts are the foundation of our continued success.
