Overview

Biomedical Engineering Tutor is a remote, online teaching role on the Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform. Tutors set their own schedules, operate from home, earn competitive rates, and help students achieve their learning goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring in Biomedical Engineering.
  • Match with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise.
  • Deliver personalized lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Utilize the Live Learning Platform to conduct sessions and engage students.
  • Invoice for tutoring sessions; platform handles payments.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Base contract rates start at $18 / hour and increase for specialized subjects, with potential to reach up to $40 / hour.
  • Get paid up to twice per week for sessions you conduct and invoice.
  • Set your own hours and tutor as much as you'd like.
  • Work remotely with no commuting.
