In the past three months, we’ve scaled from 300K → 500M+ ad requests per month and raised from a16z. You’ll lead our real-time bidding and recommendation systems as we grow to meet our 1,050% MoM demand.

The Role :

You’ll architect and ship ML models that directly drive revenue : ad matching, ranking, real-time creative generation, and economic prediction. This is a hands‑on role with full lifecycle ownership : modeling, deployment, iteration, and infra. As an early engineer, you’ll also contribute broadly across the stack.

What You’ll Do :

Own ML infra (A / B testing, CI / CD, pipelines)
Pitch in as a generalist where needed

Who You Are :

Proven track record deploying production ML systems (ideally AdTech or recsys)

Strong engineering fundamentals, end‑to‑end ownership

Comfortable in a high‑intensity, early‑stage environment

Clear communicator with drive to build a company from the ground up

Bonus :

Gaming ecosystem knowledge

Early‑stage startup experience
