Job Description
This Co-Impact Sourcing Project Manager II position will focus on the development of responsible sourcing program development in line with doTERRA's C?-Impact Sourcing principles, while actively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Support development of responsible sourcing supply chains as well as development of data reporting to stakeholders through activities such as :
- Identify and collect impact data of supply chains to support value-based CIS strategy in the company and to report for customers
- Provide strategic development of guidelines, power points, and manuals for program initiatives such as responsible marketing guidelines, sourcing storylines, and customer visits to sourcing sites
- Provide advanced review of content created by team specialists, guidance on higher level decisions needed by specialists
- Support the development of Co-Impact Sourcing's supplier Challenge Fund to invest in supply chain improvements
- Support the development and market distribution of philanthropic projects in sourcing areas
- Support Manager in supply chain remediation and enhancement through road map development in collaboration with Compliance, Sourcing Managers, and management of identified supply chains
- Support wider team's pursuit of further integration of sourcing impact into business decisions
- When necessary, present on program topics to other departments, markets, and Wellness Advocates
