The Infrastructure Engineer / Cloud Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's cloud infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based systems, as well as providing technical support and guidance to other team members.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Infrastructure Management : Manage and monitor day-to-day IT cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Design and Implementation : Assist in the design and implementation of cloud systems and platforms in accordance with company security guidelines and best practices.

Security and Compliance : Ensure the integrity and security of cloud infrastructures by monitoring access, usage, and resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

System Backups and Recovery : Perform system backups and recovery to ensure data integrity and availability.

Troubleshooting : Install, configure, and troubleshoot cloud services and applications, and analyze system logs to identify and resolve issues.

Resource Optimization : Ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources, including CPU, memory, and storage.

Collaboration : Work closely with IT security and other teams to define and implement cloud strategy, architecture, and services.

Training and Support : Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives and provide technical support for cloud applications and services.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications :

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in cloud administration, including managing and optimizing cloud resources.

Skills : Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform).

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Certifications : Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, or Oracle Cloud Certified Architect are highly desirable.

The compensation range posted for this position represents the anticipated minimum and maximum compensation for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate.
