Senior Product Manager, Navigation & Recommendations
Create and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for new features for one or more mid-scale and mid complexity products. Lead cross-functional teams responsible for navigation and recommendation experiences within North America Ecommerce. Understand and influence stakeholders on alignment of business goals, company strategy, business problems, and possible solutions. Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPI's that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives. Attend, participate and lead agile ceremonies and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders one or more mid-scale and mid complexity products. Make data-informed decisions based on understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends. Measure and report out on the success of features and enhancements that are delivered for one or more mid-scale and mid complexity products. Collaborate with technology, design and business analysts to iterate solutions to find balance of customer & business value and level of effort. Partner with our data science team to align on a 12 month strategy that will power industry leading guest experiences. Define sizes features and participates in sizing sessions. Ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and guests is integrated in the product planning and development process through backlog grooming, refinement and prioritization activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and account for them in solution design and prioritization. Partner with the technology team on training and rollout of new features to business users. Identify and lead change management activities to support rollout to impacted stakeholders. Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day / week. 40 hrs / week, Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m.
Minimum Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Finance or a related field plus five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in digital product management. Must have 5 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently) : - Delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications; - Digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce; - Delivering recommendation experiences at scale that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning; - Developing and delivering executive level presentations; - Leading cross-functional product teams to achieve business objectives; - Leveraging artificial intelligence to drive personalized experience at scale; - Scaling recommendations and navigation experiences for organizations with revenue above $1 billion - Managing stakeholders and influencing them to align on common roadmaps - Interpreting and understanding data using Adobe Analytics to inform storytelling and strategy
Workplace Arrangement This role is classified as HYBRID / IN PERSON under our SSC Workplace policy : In-person collaboration and connection are important to our culture. Work is performed onsite, minimum 4 days per week.
