As a Staff Video Editor on our Organic Content team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling ClickUp’s B2B video content that teaches, entertains, and drives discoverability. This is an incredible opportunity for a creative storyteller and operational powerhouse to blend hands‑on video creation with strategic planning and rigorous execution. You’ll collaborate with creators, editors, and vendors to produce high‑impact videos at scale, leveraging AI‑powered workflows and innovative formats to reach and engage millions.
What you’ll do :
- Own an AI‑first, high‑performing, scaled video production program end‑to‑end. This means keeping a sharp eye on quality and obsessing over outcomes and impact (performance, views, conversions).
- Streamline operations to produce 200 videos a month. To do this, you'll need to be rigorously organized, plan meticulously, and build (and keep improving on) repeatable, scalable workflows.
- Manage and collaborate with multiple vendors, including scriptwriters and video editors, to keep the video engine running smoothly + stay in sync with internal teams to stay on top of product updates, product positioning, messaging changes etc.
- Write, edit, and visualize exceptional scripts that turn productivity concepts and mental models into compelling video narratives.
- Publish for performance : Guide ideas around thumbnails, titles, and descriptions optimized for retention, SEO, and platform‑specific nuances.
- Leverage AI models and AI‑powered workflows to manage a 200‑video‑a‑month program, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Continuously analyze video performance data to iterate and improve content strategy and execution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current trends in video, storytelling, and digital content distribution.

Unblock our agency partners with timely reviews and feedback, answer time‑sensitive questions, resolve quick action items, and move tasks efficiently along the workflow.Dedicate blocks of time to work that requires deeper focus, such as complex script reviews and edits, reviewing key videos, and publishing videos (optimizing thumbnails, video descriptions, links, etc.).Execute core project management activities, like assigning new scripts and briefs to agency partners, maintaining project trackers, experimenting with new video tools, running pilots to new vendors.Meet with agency partners weekly, attend weekly meetings on updated product messaging / editorial guidelines, catch up on product updates to ensure our videos reflect them, etc.Who you are : You have :
