Job Overview :
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will interpret data, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design analytical solutions and communicate findings in a clear, impactful way.
Compensation :
- Pay Rate : $32–$34 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities :
Extract, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources (ETL).Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support business goals.Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Partner with IT and business units to define KPIs and drive data-informed decision-making.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing quality checks.Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to leadership teams.Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in analytics.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Knowledge of machine learning or data mining techniques is a plus.Why Join Us :
