Deypher is seeking Medical and Healthcare Recruiters to support the placement of qualified candidates on Federal contracts in Military Treatment Facilities throughout the world.
Responsibilities
- Work with Account Managers to fully understand positional job requirements and qualifications
- Source, vet, and hire qualified professionals for various roles in medical and healthcare institutions (e.g., doctors, nurses, specialists, technicians, administrative staff)
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Remain current with recruiting methods and recommend appropriate changes
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a medical or healthcare recruiter, minimum 2 yearsAbility to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)Strong organizational skills to manage multiple job openings, candidates, and hiring team interactions efficientlyGood interviewing skills to effectively gauge the competency and suitability of candidates for specific rolesExcellent customer service skills to effectively handle client queries, concerns, and provide updates on the recruitment processFamiliarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
