We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven IT Project Manager to lead the technology integration component of mergers and acquisitions. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of new acquisitions into existing technology environments. The ideal candidate will excel at documenting and tracking tasks, sequencing complex activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving execution toward a unified goal. Strong planning skills, technical fluency, and confidence in fast-paced, cross-functional settings are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, managing infrastructure, applications, data migration, and communication systems
Develop detailed project plans identifying dependencies, critical paths, and sequencing across teams and systems
Collaborate across business units, IT domains, and third-party vendors to align timelines, resources, and deliverables
Identify risks and dependencies early; develop and execute mitigation plans to maintain momentum
Oversee setup and transition of core IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, telecom, messaging, and end-user environments
Provide clear, consistent status updates, reports, and dashboards for leadership decision support
Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, change management processes, and enterprise technology standards
Partner with business and technical teams to support smooth transitions and high-quality adoption with minimal disruption

Qualifications
5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably involving mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale technology integrations
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure and business domains
Experience with infrastructure projects such as networking, servers, identity, and end-user computing highly beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Excellent organizational and sequencing skills with ability to translate complexity into actionable plans
