Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Provide best-in-class service as the first point of contact for members, assisting with financial transactions and recommendations
Educate members about financial opportunities and promote products and services while adhering to guidelines and procedures
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of basic math skills and cash handling experience
1+ years of work experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment is preferred
Ability to follow established routines under close supervision
Ability to handle confidential matters and remain calm under pressure
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
