Travel Requirements :

COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions allowed upon request.

Candidates with a taxable home address within 60 miles of the facility will receive a 10% reduced rate.

Facility : UnityPoint Health – Traveler Role

Role Overview :

Provide professional nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

May float within the same discipline across local campuses.

EMR : EPIC

National Board Orientation (NBO) : 16 hours

Compensation & Pay :

OT / Holiday : 1.15x multiplier

Call Back : 1.15x multiplier (2-hour minimum)

On Call : $9 / hr

Charge / Precept : $6 / hr

OT Billable :

36–40 hrs / week, OT after 40

48 hrs / week, OT after 48

Holidays 2025 :

Required to work 2 of 3 : Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s

Limit of 1 day off between 11 / 26–11 / 30 and 12 / 23–1 / 2 for all travelers
