About The Position

Title : Physical Therapist (Outpatient – General / Orthopedic)

Location : Vernon, CT

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 AM – 04 : 30 PM)

Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services across orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Treat adult and geriatric patients; productivity expectation : 1 patient every 30 minutes (evaluations count as 2).
• Provide patient and family education on therapy plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech system.
• Participate in weekend rotation (2 weekend days per month).
• No call responsibilities.
