GREAT PAY

The pay for this position is $22.00 - $26.50 per hour , based on experience and education.

Shift Differentials :

  • Second shift Monday - Friday : $2.00 per hour
  • Third shift Monday - Friday : $1.00
  • All Shifts Saturday and Sunday : $3.00 per hour

    • YOUR NEW ROLE

    You will work Monday - Friday, 11 : 30 am - 8 : 00 pm when on call, or Tuesday to Saturday 11 : 30 am - 8 : 00 pm when not on call.

    In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily residential and program activities. This includes overseeing staff and ensuring the maintenance of facilities. Your role will involve assessing, teaching, and supporting individuals in daily living skills.     REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience working as a team leader caring for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license for more than one year and be willing to drive the company's vehicle
  • Willingness to participate in a minimum of two hours per month of in-service training
