We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer (Contractor) to join our creative team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of design work across digital and print media—including brand development, social media content, and web design.

You’ll collaborate with internal designers, strategists, and project managers to bring creative ideas to life while maintaining brand alignment and high-quality standards. If you’re a self-starter with strong creative instincts and a detail-oriented mindset, we’d love to meet you.

Reports To : Design Lead, Creative Director

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across a range of media, including : social media graphics, mail and digital ad creative, out-of-home campaigns, packaging and print collateral, web and UI design elements, and logos and branding systems.
  • Take projects from brief to execution with minimal oversight
  • Deliver polished, error-free work on deadline
  • Contribute to creative reviews with a professional and collaborative spirit
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and project management teams
  • Align design solutions with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

  • Creation of impactful, engaging content that supports client goals.
  • Consistency in brand messaging and tone across platforms.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams to enhance designs based on internal and external feedback.
  • Ability to adapt designs based on performance insights and data.

    • What You Bring

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced commercial setting
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of marketing, branding, and digital design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite —especially Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience working in Figma for web and collaborative design
  • Familiarity with ClickUp , Slack , or similar project management and communication tools
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and apply it to your work
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a collaborative team
