job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThe practice sees patients for a wide range of orthopedic pain and injury conditions. The role of the physician assistant includes, but is not limited to : - perform therapeutic joint injections, trigger point injections, and joint injections - provide pre- and post-operative patient care - assist with consultation and follow-up on a routine basis - assist with medical decision-making, data gathering, documentation, and transitions of care - assist with reassessments, acute visits, clinics, and test monitoring - assist with patient follow-up and medical management Physician assistants see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, but this can be adjusted based on patient need. Providers are fully supported by dedicated clinical assistants and administrative staff. The clinic uses an EHR and state-of-the-art equipment.
