Base pay range

$30.22 / hr - $33.57 / hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Machine Learning & Development Project Coordinator. Summary : This role focuses on delivering excellent service, coordinating logistics, and collaborating across teams to support learning initiatives. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, registration management, system updates, reporting, and support for both virtual and in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, data reporting)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Cvent)
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with technology used in live and on-demand training delivery
• Understanding of LMS functionality and how it enhances the learner experience
• Experience coordinating large-scale events, including logistics and onsite setup
• Event logistics management (e.g., registration, A / V coordination, participant support)
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Background in corporate training, education, or professional development
• Basic project management skills for planning and executing programs across locations or virtually
• Experience using databases or scheduling tools for course delivery
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Customer service orientation with a focus on quality and learner satisfaction
• Experience managing registration workflows and LMS usage
• Ability to create clear, engaging communications for program participants
• Client-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools
• Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment

Employment details

Note : The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
