About the Role :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med / Surg Telemetry team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on the Med / Surg Telemetry unit.

Monitor and interpret telemetry data, vital signs, and patient status changes.

Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy.

Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Qualifications :

Current RN license in the state of Georgia or Compact License.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Previous Med / Surg or Telemetry experience preferred.

BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
