Construction Project Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial waterproofing projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and organize crews with the field team.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to efficiently meet project goals.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
Essential Skills
Experience with waterproofing, joint sealants, and expansion joints.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.Experience managing crews and 2-3 projects over $500k simultaneously.Strong communication skills.Bilingual in Spanish.Experience with commercial construction, blueprint reading, and schedule planning.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial waterproofing projects.Strong understanding of project scheduling and crew management.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and problem-solve on site.Work Environment

This is a contract position based out of Lorton, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
