Tax Senior - International Compliance Responsibilities :
Manage foreign outbound tax planning, U.S. outbound tax compliance processes, and audit matters.
Prepare and review international tax compliance work for a team of five.
Ensure proper documentation and support for international tax projects.
Assist with implementing and maintaining global tax planning strategies.
Contribute to special projects, including acquisition reviews.
Assist with tax compliance, provision, and transfer pricing processes.
Prepare and review U.S. international tax compliance forms for foreign-owned companies, including Forms 5471 and 8858.
Perform GILTI and FDII calculations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Support data gathering, analysis, and reconciliations related to U.S. international reporting and tax provisions.
To succeed in this role, you will have :
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, with exposure to accounting for income taxes.
Industry or public accounting firm experience preferred.
Experience as a Tax Senior with a focus on U.S. international tax compliance.
Advanced Excel skillset (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
In-depth knowledge of international tax issues, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and foreign reporting requirements.
Proven experience preparing and reviewing Forms 5471 and 8858.
Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation and global tax provisions.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Dedicated home office with dependable Wi-Fi.
$120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
