Network Operations Engineer

A company is looking for a Network Operations Engineer - Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform incident and problem management, including root cause analysis

Monitor infrastructure components and optimize network topologies and security measures

Provide 24 / 7 on-call support for network systems and collaborate with internal teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in network operations within an enterprise environment

Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field

Strong knowledge of routing / switching protocols and network management tools

German language skills at B2 level and fluent English

Willingness to provide 24 / 7 on-call support
