We are seeking individuals to join our team as dedicated tax experts. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Advice - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments). Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Community Engagement - Embody a 'community ambassador' and 'business owner' mindset to cultivate a customer base. Serve as the local face of your clients, actively engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently - Represent yourself in your local community. You will confidently take on the role of public face with support, guidance, and resources provided by Intuit. This includes hosting learning events, participating in local marketing efforts, and demystifying taxes to make them accessible and approachable.
• Build Relationships - Connect with people, demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to their financial concerns, and build trust that turns a one-time transaction into a loyal relationship.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience - Create an exceptional experience, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals (e.g., saving for retirement, college funds, weddings, or vacations).
