Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a General Oncology Physician to fill an opening with a Healthcare System located in Buffalo, New York
Requirements of the General Oncology Physician :
- Must hold a degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) or an equivalent degree.
- Must be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalency.
- Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the US.
- Must be Board Certified.
- Must have a clear and active DEA.

The Oncology Physician will provide expert consultation and treatment to patients in an inpatient and outpatient clinic setting.The physician will evaluate, triage, and prioritize consults from primary care and other services for outpatient oncology consultations.The physician will obtain medical history, conduct physical examinations, order and evaluate appropriate laboratory testing, and plan and prescribe patient treatment.The physician will coordinate medical management and care with Primary Care providers and other personnel in a multidisciplinary healthcare delivery system.The Physician will perform administrative tasks as assigned such as peer review and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations.The physician will provide oncology on-call services as assigned.The physician(s) care shall cover the range of oncology surgery services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards American Board of Internal Medicine Medical Oncology Board.Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is a nationwide recruitment agency, matching both new grads and advanced practitioners to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, multi-specialty groups, and private practices.
