An Area Supervisor is responsible for running a profitable group of restaurants and for making sure each restaurant meets our standards for excellence in the areas of Safety, Quality, Friendly and Fast. The Area Supervisor works with their General Managers and restaurant teams to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. They are responsible for empowering his / her teams to produce results with an emphasis on a "we care" culture. This means hiring and developing their own management teams to ensure we have the right team to lead into the future. Also helping the management teams set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their results. The Area Supervisor must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling all manner of issues that develop. They not only look for ways to make today better, but are also looking ahead to improve tomorrow and the days after.
