Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Temp is a consultative role aligning human resources strategy with business objectives across a multi-site, multi-state healthcare organization. The ideal candidate has significant experience in employee relations, policy development, compliance, and workforce planning, including exposure to complex organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
