QC Technician Tasks & Duties

Conduct and document quality control inspections on production lines.

Perform and record employee inspections related to personal hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Collect product samples for laboratory and sensory testing.

Perform equipment calibration according to QA procedures.

Identify and report non-conformities to the QA Manager or QA Supervisor.

Support continuous adherence to food safety and quality assurance programs.

QC Technician Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

QA or lab experience in manufacturing or food production (not restaurant or café-focused).

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated values of integrity, teamwork, accountability, and respect.
