Qualifications :

Current LPN or RN license in the state of MO

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care

Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development

Monitor and manage clinical documentation and resident care plans
