A New Drug Application for tenapanor for hyperphosphatemia has been approved in China with Fosun Pharma. Knight Therapeutics commercializes IBSRELA in Canada.

Position Summary :

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, the Senior Corporate Development and Strategy Manager will have a direct impact on the strategic evolution of the company. This individual will work across all aspects of lifecycle management (LCM) to support the development of preclinical and commercial stage assets including qualitative and quantitative analysis. Individual will engage with cross functional teams to identify assets and indications of interest for M&A, identification of potential collaboration opportunities, financial modeling, and ad-hoc strategic projects as needs arise. This person should have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities :

• Identify new BD&L opportunities inclusive of diligence and technical assessment of opportunities (i.e., early development, clinical development, regulatory, and commercial assessment)
• Create financial models to support BD&L opportunities
• Actively monitor industry trends, scientific publications across TAs of interest in support of new BD&L opportunities
• Lead the preparation of all Board materials (i.e., engagement with ELT on creation of agenda, timelines, scheduling, and participating in review meetings, collaborate with cross functional leads on content creation, QC & formatting)
• Collaborate across cross-functional workstreams with internal stakeholders on evaluating and analyzing various long range strategic initiatives to support LCM and BD&L opportunities
• Manage the execution plan on LCM strategy including business case development and financial modeling to inform key business decisions via cross functional collaboration
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials for senior leaders and key stakeholders as opportunities are advanced through LCM and BD governance process

Qualifications :

The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position is $139,000-$169,000. Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target and equity awards, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
