Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for leading teams and driving innovation? If so, we are looking for a Permanent Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment in the heart of the engineering industry. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aerospace, Process Engineering, CNC programming, fixtures, Jigs and Fixtures, and prototype development. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

As the Engineering Manager, you will :

1. Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes.

2. Utilize your expertise in Aerospace, Process Engineering, CNC programming, fixtures, Jigs and Fixtures, and prototype development to enhance our operations.

3. Oversee the design and development of jigs and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency.

4. Manage the CNC programming and operation to ensure the highest quality of product output.

5. Drive the development of prototypes, leading the way from concept to completion.

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure engineering projects align with overall company goals.

7. Ensure all engineering processes and operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all aspects of the engineering department.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have :

1. Proven track record of leading a team.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering management role.

3. Proven experience in Aerospace, Process Engineering, CNC programming, fixtures, Jigs and Fixtures, and prototype development.

4. Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.

5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.

8. A commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
