Schedule / Availability Requirements :

Facility Location : Good Samaritan

Setting : Emergency Dept. / Surgery

FTE : 1

Duties : Cover Urology call - get handoff from Urologists if appropriate

Required Procedures : General Urology

EMR : EPIC

Support Staff : Surgery nurses and techs. on call

Reason for Coverage : previous locum scheduled cancelled stint

Deal breakers (do not present this) : Not willing to learn EPIC

Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible (Urology) - REQUIRED, NOTE AT NAME CLEAR.
  • Active NE license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Clean Malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Availability of dates in the job description - REQUIRED, NOTE AT NAME CLEAR.
  • Case logs are required - REQUIRED, INCLUDE AT PRESENTATION.
  • Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI / Dignity facility - REQUIRED, NOTE AT NAME CLEAR.
  • COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED, NOTE AT NAME CLEAR.
