Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage and oversee project teams, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.

Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.

Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
