Salary Range : $17.00 - $25.50
Pay Info : $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Available!

Shift : 2pm - 10pm
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- Shift differentials available for night (6pm - 6am) and weekend shifts
Job Summary
As a Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents in long-term care. Your responsibilities will include :
Delivering resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).Understanding and addressing the physical and psychological needs of residents as outlined in their care plans.Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.Supporting residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using safe techniques.Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.Documenting resident interactions and communicating any changes in condition to the charge nurse.Participating in wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident engagement.Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus.Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or enrollment in a training program to obtain certification within four months.Completion of yearly competency testing and maintenance of continuing education credits (minimum of 12 hours annually).For applicable states, certification with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry may be required.Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet medical qualifications if classified as a Sanford Category II Driver.Benefits
