Growing company, SPIROL Shims, Stow, OH is currently adding full time positions for 2nd and 3rd shift Grinders. The experienced candidate will be responsible for operating grinding equipment designed to remove material from production parts to achieve any or all of the part requirements for thickness, flatness, parallelism, or surface finish.

• Operate the grinding equipment and perform the necessary grinding procedures to achieve the specifications required per the product blueprint or job production line up
• Properly read and understand blueprints including symbols, specifications, and dimensional limitations.
• Properly use and read inspection gauges and tools including micrometers, calipers, and check gauges.
