About the Medication Services Program
Our Medication Services Program helps individuals achieve stability, hope, and wellness through comprehensive evaluation, medication management, and ongoing support. We also partner with select Substance Use Disorder programs to provide coordinated, whole-person care. If you're passionate about improving lives, this is where your work truly matters.
What You'll Do
Care for a dedicated caseload of clients, averaging 16 each day, both in-person and via telehealth.Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, typically including two 1-hour assessments, six 30-minute appointments, and eight 15-minute follow-ups per day.Prescribe and manage medications, including medication-assisted treatments, to help clients reach their goals.Guide clients toward improved symptom management, stronger coping skills, and better daily functioning.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care.Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.Requirements of the Position
Medical degree with psychiatric residency (Missouri licensure required)Board-Certified preferred; Board-Eligible consideredWillingness to provide collaborative practice to APRNsAbility to work Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pmPassion for working with children, teens, and their familiesExcellent communication and recovery-focused approachStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work on a multidisciplinary teamIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and G-SuitePreferred Qualifications
Completion of a Child & Adolescent FellowshipFive (5) or more years' experience in clinical work with children and adolescentsSignificant experience with severe and persistent mental illness in the child and adolescent populationGrow With Us
