Prep Cook / Porter
Morning Prep Kitchen staff needed. Tasks will include receiving and stocking as well as butchery, sausage making, dumplings, noodles, and bread baking, among others.

8am - 4pm Thursday - Monday

Qualifications
Must be reliable and passionate
Extremely detailed and organized
Comfortable communicating in English, written and spoken
2 years kitchen experience
Basic Knife Skills
Weekend Availability
Able to excecute dishes to specification.
Able to take feedback and correct appropriately.
Maintain a clean facility
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb stairs periodically for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
