Product Designer

A company is looking for a Staff-level Product Designer to lead critical design initiatives within a collaborative Product Design team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex design initiatives to deliver world-class experiences that influence overall product strategy

Drive end-to-end product experiences while considering user ecosystems, workflows, and design patterns

Develop foundational frameworks and guiding principles to standardize design work across the organization

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields

Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and / or software applications

Demonstrated experience in user experience design or relevant industry experience
