We offer competitive prices for selling or trading pre-owned watches, allowing customers to either receive cash or upgrade to a new timepiece. Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product information, assisting with purchases, and handling trade-ins or sales. The role includes maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and delivering a high level of customer service. Daily responsibilities include responding to online inquiries, emails, messages, and phone calls. This is an on-site role, located in Great Neck, NY.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer engagement, and customer service
• Knowledge of and passion for luxury watches and luxury brands is a plus but not required. Training to be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage transactions and negotiations
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software
• Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
